Bad Weather? Rain? Thunder? Lightning? Very little should keep you from practicing. Great players will tell you stories of times they shoveled snow off to the side of their driveway just so that they could keep practicing during the blizzard. However, if bad weather is keeping you from practicing outdoors, here are a list of things you can do while inside:

Squeeze a tennis ball: helps improve hand muscle and forearm muscle

Dribble a tennis ball

Floor shots

Ball-handling Drills

Plyometric Training

Watch a basketball game

Watch an instructional basketball video

Look up basketball drills to do on-line

Read basketball books and articles

Try to dribble a ball while doing EVERYTHING!
